· Job Purpose:

  • Organize the management of data entry staff to implement the project as required or assigned by the upper management.

· Duties:

  • Report the results of work to project managers.

  • Arrange work for team members according to the guidance of their superiors.

  • Perform assigned tasks.

  • Implementing security policies of company.

  • Supervise the implementation, deployment and urge staff to fulfill the tasks under the KPI of the department.

  • Handling problems arising in the department.

  • Responsible for managing, training and evaluating employees in the data entry department.

  • Implement new regulations, processes and policies for the data entry department.

· Education Requiments:

  • Graduated from university / college or higher.

· Skill:

  • 1 year experience in data entry.

  • Experience in managing group activities (from 10 people or more).

  • Experience in working with other financial companies' systems.

  • Ability to do shift / overtime requests.

  • Have skills in communication, organization, good job placement, effective teamwork and problem solving.

  • Professional working attitude.

  • Be honest, careful, responsible and catch fast work.

  • Ability to work independently and in groups.

  • Ability to use English at work.

  • Knowing Korean is an advantage.

  • Good use of office computers.

  • Ability to withstand high pressure.
